  • Training frequency ultimately depends on your goals! Clients will typically train with me on a weekly basis anywhere from once or twice a week. We can chat more about your goals to see what works best for you.

  • Absolutely! I work with runners of all skill levels. No matter if you're a beginner or a seasoned runner, my objective is to help you go the distance.

  • Answer: we train at a fully equipped gym in Los Angeles called Movement Society. Your training environment is one of my top priorities.
