A 360 athlete, embodies a holistic approach to wellness that extends beyond conventional fitness. It signifies a commitment to nurturing the mind, body, and soul in a comprehensive manner. Being a 360 athlete involves not only physical fitness but also mental and emotional well-being.

My mission to promote holistic wellness reflects my belief that addressing all aspects of one's health,  including online coaching and nutrition support that contributes to a more fulfilling and empowered life. This approach goes beyond the traditional definition of an athlete, emphasizing a well-rounded and integrated approach to personal wellness.
