MEET HALLIE

I am a Los Angeles-based strength and performance coach dedicated to fostering holistic empowerment. My goal is to empower the 360 athlete, emphasizing the importance of not only taking care of your body but also your mind & spirit, ultimately reaching your fullest potential.

I’ve always had a love for movement since I was young.  I became a multi-sport athlete at the age of 5 and have always explored different ways to move outside of basketball. What sport brought to me was so much more than the physical - it was the mental and spiritual confidence I developed with it. You could say that sports are the gateway activity to honing in on your own self-development.



All that to say, there was one point in my life where I neglected health and wellness as life threw some curveballs. Running and strength training were my saving grace as the mental and physical gains were exponential. This is was sparked my journey to becoming a coach to empower others to achieve the same.
